With many of your corporate employees now working from home, it's just as important to prioritise wellbeing as it is when they are in the office. Virtual movement sessions are a great way to reset and refocus to remain engaged and productive from home.
My corporate experience began in Brasil where I offered stretch techniques and massage to employees at their desks. I now offer facilitated fitness classes for groups of employees either in the office, at a nearby location or online.
